- I am a wife and mom of 2 boys with varying exceptionalities. My best friend, also has 2 children with varying abilities, and together we started a publication called Bright Feats. It was created with the idea of helping families with children that have special health care and educational needs. We print Bright Feats quarterly and it is given free to the community. Please visit our website at www.BrightFeats.com. We provide articles with the most recent and current information provided by local specialists and educators. The forum allows parents to pose questions that professionals and other parents can help get answered. For businesses that provide a service or product to the special needs population it allows you to connect and talk directly with your families by way of advertising or answering questions on the forum.
